SPINACH LASAGNA

Ingredients::::::


1 (1.5 ounce) package spaghetti sauce mix

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 3/4 cups water

2 eggs

1 pint ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese/mozzarella cheese

8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese

8 lasagna noodles

METHOD::::

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 13x9 inch baking dish.

2. Boil lasagna noodles.

3.In a medium saucepan, combine spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat then remove from heat and let cool.

4.In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and combine them with the ricotta or cottage cheese, salt, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese/mozzarella cheese.

5.Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and onion;. Add spinach and saute it.

6.Spread one half cup tomato sauce mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place half the boiled  noodles over the sauce, spread with half the spinach mixture, half the mozzarella cheese, and half of the tomato sauce. Repeat layers, using remaining ingredients. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.

5.Cover dish securely with aluminum foil and bake for in the preheated oven 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving

Veggies MARINARA PASTA

Ingredients


1 (16 ounce) package  pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small red onion, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tomatoes, seeded and diced

3 green onions, chopped

1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon sriracha hot chilli sauce

METHOD::::

1.Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and boil the pasta.  Drain well .

2.Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add veggies and saute.
 
3. Add pasta sauce,  tomato paste, oregano, and thyme and sriracha hot chilli sauce.Simmer for 5 minutes.
 
4. In the end add pasta and mix it well. Garnish with chesse.

ALFREDO PASTA


Ingredients


1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 (16 ounce) package  pasta

1 (6 ounce) package shredded cheese

2 tablespoon chilli flakes

1 onion sliced

Different veggies( optional)

METHOD::::

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Heat Alfredo sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and boil 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and place in a large bowl.

3. In a medium pan, melt butter. Add chilli flakes and garlic. Add onions and veggies and saute it until nicely done. 
 
4. Add Alfredo sauce in mixture 3. Mix it nicely.
 
5. Mix pasta and the mixture of 3-4 together. Sprinlke cheese over the pasta and it is ready to eat.
